Create a bitzz composition using a combination of PhotoBitzz & Adobe Photoshop.

Google and download a good copy of the creation of adam by Michelangelo (wiki here).
Using Photoshop cut out the hands, upscale the resolution to about 4000x2200 pixels.
Remove cracks and edit the image until you become something like the image to the left.
Remove the background, and only keep the 2 hands on a transparent background.
Apply auto levels.
Apply median filter (3 pixels radius).
Make the image black and White.
Posterize the image (4 channels).
Apply a black color overlay on the current layer.
Save as 'White.png' with a transparent background.
Using the magic wand select and delete all white areas.
Apply a black color overlay on the current layer.
Save as 'Lgray.png' with a transparent background.
Using the magic wand select and delete all light gray areas.
Apply a black color overlay on the current layer.
Save as 'Dgray.png' with a transparent background.
Using the magic wand select and delete all dark gray areas.
Apply a black color overlay on the current layer.
Save as 'Black.png' with a transparent background.
In Photoshop create a new document of 300x300 pixels.
Using a paint brush create a paint blob (#dac0a7).
Add inner shadow.
Save as "A.png" with a transparent background.
Create 3 more images (B,C and D) so that you end up with 4 different shades of paint (A: #dac0a7, B: #e4a770, C: #aa623c, D: #7f523b).
... or just use the images from the content pack above.
- Start PhotoBitzz.
- In the Composition ribbon select New - use existing image as background. - Select the background.jpg file from the content pack above.
- Select Bitzz layer 1.
- Click the Bitzz button, add A.png
- Set parameters to the following values:
  - variations: 100
  - resize between 10 and 16 pixels.
  - border : 0%
  - Rotate : between -180 and 180 degrees.
  - Flip : 40% chance.
  - Hue : 100% chance, between -10 and 10.
-Press OK
-Press Region and load "White.png" as region.
-Click 'Render options'. Change number of Bitzz to 25.000
-Render the layer.
- Select Bitzz layer 2.
- Repeat the same steps as in step 10, but use B.png as source image and Lgray.png as region instead.
- Change number of bitzz to render to 15.000
- Render the layer.
- Select Bitzz layer 3.
- Repeat the same steps as in step 10, but use C.png as source image and Dgray.png as region instead.
- Change number of bitzz to render to 15.000
- Render the layer.
- Select Bitzz layer 4.
- Repeat the same steps as in step 10, but use D.png as source image and Black.png as region instead.
- Change number of bitzz to render to 7.000
- Render the layer.
- Your composition is ready.
